ONLINE EVENING MENU GUIDE

Our "Evening Menu" is actually available whenever we're open!

To view all the items we have available (including many which we didn't have space to show you on our printed menu, please look at the "EVENING MENU: CATEGORIES" group to the left, then click on the red button of the category you're interested in.

We have split the food into the same categories as on our printed menu, but for convenience each category appears on a separate page so you can access them quickly.

Many categories also have a subsection in which relevant items from other categories are cross-referenced for your convenience. For example, on our printed menu there is a "Roast Duck Dishes" category, which lists (as you'd expect!) our main dishes containing roast duck. However, dishes containing roast duck from "higher priority" categories such as Starters, Fried Rice and Chow Mein are not listed on the printed menu. On our internet menu, all dishes containing duck are listed.

Additional Internet-only Menu Dishes

There are also over 30 dishes which have been added to our repertoire since the printed menu was commissioned and which, therefore, don't appear there. You can identify these from our colour coding:

Of course, the numbers and prices are also keyed in to our Bilingual (English-Chinese) Electronic Point-Of-Sale software, so you can order by number when you call.

Price-Band Colour Coding

To help you hit your household or holiday budget, we have also colour-coded our prices into 3 "bands":

2b	Items below £4.20 are coded mustard yellow		£2.80
9	Items from £4.20 to £5.90 are in orange		£4.20
12q	And items £6.00 or over are colour-coded gold		£7.50

Addional Information About The Dish

Currently we are only replicating the information available on our printed menu:

1	Item Name		£4.00
	Some items have brief descriptions too. We hope to augment this in the future, so clicking on a button will pop-up a window with a full description (once we've worked out how to do it!)
52	A Hot and Spicy Dish		£4.80
	The Chilli Symbol shows that this item is hot and spicy! We hope to add more informational symbols on the website soon, to help you find what you want in double-quick time.
12a	A Hotter and Spicier Dish		£7.00
	The Double Chilli Symbol shows that this item (normally a Kung Po or Szechuan dish) is hotter and spicier than our other hot and spicy dishes (e.g. Satays and Curries.) But actually, none of our food is searingly chillied - e.g. as some Thai or vindaloo dishes are. Even the Double Chilli items are still relatively mild.
